Shipping policy

The Un(Worn) Laundry operates on a date-based rental model. Orders placed at least two business days prior to the selected start date are guaranteed to arrive on or before that date within Australia. All garments are dispatched via tracked Australia Post services and include a prepaid return label for your convenience. Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details at checkout; we are not liable for delays resulting from incorrect addresses or carrier disruptions beyond our control. For urgent or same-day requirements, in-studio collection may be available where specified. Garments must be lodged for return at an Australia Post office (not a street post box) on or before the final day of the agreed rotation period. The Un(Worn) Laundry is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather events, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control; however, we will always work to resolve delivery issues promptly and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
