This website is operated by The Un(Worn) Laundry. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Un(Worn) Laundry.

By visiting our site and/or hiring a garment from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the website or use our services.

Rental Agreement

All garments are provided on a temporary hire basis for a defined rental period (“rotation”).

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Return the garment on or before the final day of your rotation

  • Return the garment using the prepaid return method provided

  • Take reasonable care of the garment while in your possession

Failure to comply with these terms may result in additional charges.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

We reserve the right to request identity verification for first-time clients or high-value hires prior to dispatch.

Product Availability

All pieces are introduced in limited numbers and may become unavailable at short notice due to damage or circumstances beyond our control.

If a booked garment becomes unavailable, we will offer:

  • A suitable alternative (where possible), or

  • Store credit, or

  • A refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Care & Responsibility

You agree to return the garment in the condition received, allowing for normal wear.

You are responsible for any loss, theft, irreparable damage, or excessive staining while the garment is in your possession. Repair or replacement charges may apply up to the garment’s restoration value.

Garments must not be altered in any way.

Late Returns

Garments must be lodged for return on or before the agreed return date.

Late returns may incur additional daily charges and may result in recovery of losses incurred due to impacted future bookings.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including imagery, branding, text, and design, is the property of The Un(Worn) Laundry and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Un(Worn) Laundry is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Event disruption due to late delivery outside of our control

  • Fit dissatisfaction where sizing guidance was provided

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Where required by law, we will provide remedies for goods that are faulty, significantly not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
