4 DAY BOOKING

Each piece is hired for a four-day rotation, commencing on your selected start date.

Orders placed at least two business days prior to your start date are guaranteed to arrive on or before that date. For urgent bookings, in-studio collection may be arranged where available.

All pieces must be returned one day after the final day of your rotation using the prepaid return label provided. Returns must be lodged at an Australia Post office, not a street post box.

Late returns affect the next client’s booking. 

Each garment is professionally cleaned between rotations.

Please return all pieces unwashed.

Normal wear is expected. Damage resulting from negligence, alteration, staining, tearing, loss, or exposure to rough surfaces may incur repair or replacement costs up to the garment’s restoration value.

Some pieces require heightened care. Movement, surfaces, and environment should be considered when wearing.

Care is assumed.

We provide detailed fit guidance for each piece. It is the client’s responsibility to review sizing notes prior to booking.

The Un(Worn) Laundry does not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, or event cancellation.

If a garment arrives significantly damaged or unwearable, you must notify us immediately prior to wear.

For first-time clients or high-value pieces, identity verification may be required prior to dispatch.

This process is handled discreetly.

The Un(Worn) Laundry operates on trust, intention, and mutual respect.

This is not fast fashion.

Pieces are curated, rotated, and worn with care.
